About the role
- Senior ACM Consultant at msg global solutions leading SAP implementation projects and providing subject matter expertise in Agricultural Contract Management. Driving success through collaboration and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior subject matter expert in Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) processes.
- Lead and deliver assigned project tasks (analysis, configuration, testing, training, documentation) within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Facilitate workshops with business users to collect, analyze, and document requirements, and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for contract lifecycle, commodity pricing, settlement, risk management, logistics, and integration with related SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, TM).
- Align closely with project team members (functional, technical, integration) to ensure smooth delivery and quality of solutions.
- Perform system configuration, functional testing, and defect resolution.
- Prepare training content and deliver user training for ACM/CM topics.
- Monitor and evaluate the application of methodologies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior consultants in ACM topics.
Requirements
- 5+ years SAP experience, with at least 3+ years in SAP ACM/CM (implementation or support).
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end ACM processes in min. 3 of the following areas: Contract Maintenance (fixed & unfixed contracts, optionalities, pricing, approvement, snapshots).
- Nomination and Load Data Capture (LDC) (integration with TM, weighbridges, quality)
- Application Management (execution tracking, logistics processes).
- Production services (elevator/plant processes, conditioning, blending, by-product, etc).
- Settlement & Revenue Recognition (integration with FI/CO, accruals/deferrals, profitability).
- Expense management (planning, accruals, settlement)
- Commingled Stock Management (storage agreement handling, match applications).
- Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) (BRF+ customizing, formula assembling, pricing conditions, Future/Basis concept, etc.).
- Experience in workshops, requirement engineering, fit-gap analysis.
- Ability to configure SAP ACM/CM and test integration with other modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, TM).
- Strong communication skills with business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience working in international project teams (remote & onsite).
- English fluency (both spoken and written).
