- Sr Research Analyst responsible for researching and analyzing global Acute Care markets while supporting strategy and marketing plans. Excellent analytical skills required with healthcare experience preferable.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for researching and analyzing the global Acute Care markets
- Market Sizing and Analytics: Analyze and synthesize market data and forecast growth
- Research market positioning of key players in markets and regions
- Track market trends and external factors to the total addressable market size and growth
- Monitor key industry segments and associated characteristics
- Track key industry players, leaders, and trendsetters
- Support Strategy and Marketing Plans: Contributes specific analyses and synthesized data to aid in the construction of strategy and marketing plans
- Provide metrics and updates back to business on applicable individual segments
- Conduct and apply market research in decision making
- Support VOC and Customer Insights projects, leveraging available VOC and customer insights tools and processes
- Ensure appropriate internal stakeholders are included and engaged in projects and deadlines are met
- Incorporate business context into data analysis and research findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of professional experience
- 1+years of Healthcare industry experience
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- 2+ years market insights/ analytics experience (preferred)
