About the role
- Senior Project Manager leading the digital transformation journey in hearing care technology. Managing global implementation of systems across international borders in an innovative company.
Responsibilities
- Project management and scrum mastering (resource and team management) with focus on implementation as well as facilitation of local adjustments (Requirements Gathering and Change Management)
- Stakeholder Management of global finance function and local market team - as well as “Local StC” with involvement of Global Market Managers
- Monitoring and ensuring progress
- Removal of impediments (through Head of ERP Solutions, Customer Engagement and “local StC’s)
- Test Management (especially market / country UAT) together with the Test manager
- Ensure training of end-users – together with the OCM team
- Migration – based on how we have done it in the past – with the migration team
- Cutover & post-Go live support
- Handover to Support (PL IT Support and Local Business Support team)
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Documented and high-level people management experience
- Experience leading complicated, cross-functional IT projects as an IT Program and Project Manager across ERP, Marketing & CRM processes
- Recognized and highly developed negotiation skills
- Proficient communication skills in speech and writing
- The ability to communicate key messages to the point, both written and orally and adjusted to various stakeholders
- Focus on being result oriented and taking clear ownership for assigned tasks as well as leading team(s) to success
- An open mindset that encourages taking initiative and leading efforts effectively
- Certification(s) within Program or Project Management
- Industry knowledge (retail) is an advantage but not a requirement
