  • Senior Manager driving high-impact HR projects and continuous improvement at Bristol Myers Squibb. Collaborative role optimizing processes and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as a project management SME, guiding teams and stakeholders across HR.
  • Champion change initiatives for HR process improvements, driving seamless transitions and user adoption.
  • Design and deliver training programs for HR staff and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with HR team members, department heads, and external partners.
  • Monitor project risks and issues and provide status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, project management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience on both functional and technical projects as well as in waterfall and agile environments.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • PMP, PSM/CSM, or Lean Six Sigma certification (or in progress).
  • Experience in change management, management consulting, and product management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (HR Information Systems).
