About the role
- Senior Project Manager overseeing client projects in a leading global technology company delivering engaging customer experiences. Responsible for aligning projects with client needs and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects delivered to clients ensuring successful execution while meeting quality, budget, and timeline goals
- Ensure projects align with Coates Group’s and clients’ needs and objectives
- Report to the account Program Manager and work in partnership with the Account Management team to drive client strategy
- Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment to deliver exceptional results
- Proactively monitor work progress, remove obstacles, and acknowledge, escalate, and document risks
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners through day-to-day communication
- Develop contingency plans for projects
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience delivering a high-volume of concurrent projects
- Experience implementing change and process improvements
- Excellent grasp of Project Management best practices in both Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency in using Project Management tools like Monday, Asana, Smartsheet, and JIRA
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with ambiguous project requirements and building specificity collaboratively.
- Background in restaurant or retail technology is desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience is desirable
