About the role

Responsibilities
- Define, own, and communicate the product vision and roadmap for key areas of our Payment Orchestration Platform
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams to define business and technical requirements
- Prioritize the backlog to ensure the delivery of high-value features that drive measurable impact for clients and the company
- Act as the voice of the customer - translating business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for development teams
- Lead agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Ensure solutions align with overall product strategy, technical architecture, and client expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the evolution of our platform and integrations, supporting payment processing, partner onboarding, and orchestration capabilities
- Support and mentor business analysts to strengthen delivery execution across distributed teams
- Monitor development progress and provide transparent updates to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in our product management and agile delivery practices
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem - including acquiring, card payments, and alternative payment methods
- Experience in defining and delivering products for merchants, PSPs, or fintech platforms
- Proven track record working with agile software development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a passion for product innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes and business value
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
- Natural curiosity and an eagerness to learn, adapt, and drive meaningful change
- Previous experience in payments orchestration, acquiring, or digital commerce is highly advantageous
