About the role
- Hands-on Product Manager growing Customer Profile product team at Kraken. Tackling complex challenges and creating foundational capabilities for customer account modeling and experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritise the product roadmap to ensure alignment between Kraken and our clients.
- Work closely with the software engineering teams, design team, and Client Delivery Leads, to define the product vision and strategy.
- Gather, consolidate, and break down stakeholder requirements into actionable, incremental tasks.
- Use your deep understanding of our customer modeling products to identify and resolve issues, whilst leveraging existing and new technologies to drive improvement
- Support the engineering teams to develop product features.
- Develop relationships with client leads within Kraken Technologies, and interact directly with the client whenever needed.
- Work across timezones to proactively manage dependencies and drive cross team collaboration.
- Continuously identify ways to improve visibility, remove blockers, and accelerate development.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large, complex products with multiple stakeholders and diverse user needs
- Experience with agile product development and user-centered design principles
- To be able to work in an ambiguous, dynamic environment, and be comfortable with uncertainty and constant change.
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up would be a plus.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact with people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation
