About the role

  • Lead enterprise-wide Salesforce roadmap, execution, and adoption across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success at McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare company

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-year Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture
  • Prioritize and manage the Salesforce feature request backlog to maximize value delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives, including Agile/SAFe PI planning
  • Oversee multiple concurrent Salesforce projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes
  • Manage relationships with Salesforce and implementation partners and coordinate external resources
  • Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer success) and technical teams
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and executive briefings
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption, training, and communication
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce orgs and maintain governance standards
  • Monitor KPIs and usage metrics for Salesforce to assess impact and identify improvement opportunities
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies and identify opportunities for integrations and automation

Requirements

  • Degree or Equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a Product Manager or Product Owner capacity
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferably Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Einstein, and Analytics)
  • Experience managing large-scale CRM initiatives in a matrixed enterprise environment
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and familiarity with SAFe and PI planning
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau, and Highspot
  • Project management and/or Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Salesforce Administrator or App Builder)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Experience in vendor management and working with implementation partners
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and user training methodologies
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in USA; sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Required to attend onsite events (hybrid working conditions)
