Responsibilities
Drive product development from concept through launch for small home appliances and kitchenware.
Partner with design and sourcing teams to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Review and validate engineering specifications, CAD drawings, and material selections.
Support the DFM process and collaborate with overseas manufacturing partners.
Oversee product testing, validation, and claims verification.
Manage documentation, reports, and technical communication across global teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in product engineering for small home appliances, preferably kitchenware.
Strong knowledge of product development, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Proficient in English with strong written and spoken Chinese.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Based in Los Angeles with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
