About the role

• Tech Lead providing architectural guidance and focusing on sustainable solutions at GFT France. Involved in evolving development practices amidst a dynamic technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Define, guide and implement technological choices (tools, frameworks, patterns, programming languages, datastores).
• Design, develop and evolve core development platforms and foundations.
• Ensure the overall coherence of the application architecture.
• Lead technical groups and promote best engineering and construction practices.
• Support platform developers and teams in their skills development and growth.
• Provide advanced-level support (L3) and contribute to platform stability.
• Maintain active technology watch and champion a medium- to long-term technical vision.

Requirements

• Senior Tech Lead with at least 5–6 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong expertise in application development and a deep understanding of data and DevOps challenges.
• Ability to bring developers on board for strategic choices through pedagogy and leading by example.
• Technological curiosity and the ability to take a strategic, high-level view.
