- Advocate for users, accessibility, and design excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
- Elevate design quality and collaboration by sharing best practices and inspiring others.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- A portfolio showcasing creative and methodical product thinking, strong visual design foundations, and clear impact on shipped products.
- Deep understanding of UX processes and research, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions.
- Proven experience designing complex, data-rich systems and workflows.
- Practical experience with AI tools to enhance design processes and user experiences.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, design systems, and responsive UI patterns.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, proven to drive alignment and impact in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
