Responsibilities
Mapear jornadas e pontos de contato, propondo melhorias de experiência do cliente;
Apoiar na definição e priorização de iniciativas estratégicas ligadas à inovação e omnichannel;
Conduzir pesquisas com clientes e stakeholders internos, traduzindo insights em soluções de valor;
Co-criar estratégias de go-to-market junto ao time de marketing;
Atuar de forma transversal, colaborando com tecnologia (front e arquitetura), negócio ;
Prototipar soluções, validar hipóteses e apoiar pilotos com foco em IA e canais digitais.
Requirements
Experiência como CX Designer, Service Designer, Product Designer ou função similar;
Capacidade de transitar entre visão estratégica e execução prática;
Conhecimentos em mapeamento de jornadas, design de serviços e discovery ágil;
Noções de omnichannel e tecnologias de atendimento;
Boa comunicação e habilidade para articular soluções com diferentes stakeholders.

Vivência com projetos de inteligência artificial aplicada à experiência do cliente;
Certificações ou cursos em Design Thinking, Service Design, Lean Inception;
Conhecimento em frameworks de produto e métricas de valor (OKRs, NPS, etc.);
Experiência em go-to-market ou em projetos integrados com marketing.
