About the role

Responsibilities
- Support operations-focused projects (margin savings, capacity expansion, cost reduction, compliance, etc)
- Develop and maintain project schedules and dashboards and resource plans
- Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and timelines; escalate risks appropriately
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document outcomes, and drive accountability for action items
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements (FD, ISO 13485, OSHA, etc)
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives under the direction of operations transformation leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, operations, or project management, preferably in medical device industry
- Skills include Stakeholder Partnership, Customer Centricity, Learning Agility and Risk Management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations management, Supply Chain, Business or related field
- Project management certificate is preferred
