Strong hands-on experience in handling, troubleshooting network and security-related issues.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco ASA and FTD platforms, including installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
Evaluate diverse security risks in a fast-moving environment and be technically capable of suggesting and carrying out remediation, in accordance with Cisco's security policies and standards.
Implement security measures on network infrastructure, such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security policies
Create and implement security policies, access control lists (ACLs), and NAT rules to ensure secure communication across the network.
Implement and configure VPN technologies, including site-to-site and remote access VPNs, using ASA and FTD.
Experience with SSL certificate management, including CSR generation, certificate renewal, installation, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues related to ASA and FTD firewalls.
Provide support for network security incidents, including malware detection, DDoS attacks, and firewall policy conflicts.
Expert knowledge of advanced security features such as intrusion prevention, URL filtering, and malware analysis.
Good to have experience on any “Software Defined Networking” solution, i.e. Cisco/Viptela/Versa SD-WAN
Configure network policies, application performance optimization, and dynamic path selection using SD-WAN.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SD-WAN, including connectivity, security policies, and application performance.
Implement security policies and ensure secure communication between SD-WAN sites using Versa’s integrated security features, such as encryption, secure tunnelling, and firewall integration.
Independently drive P2/P1 Technical calls from the network's end, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations and provide clear, concise updates to clients.
Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to handle and manage client interactions and escalations independently, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of critical issues.

Requirements
5 - 10 years of experience in implementing and managing multi-vendor network solutions.
Expert-level experience in Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC) and other Cisco security products.
Prior experience collaborating with global clients from US, Europe, and APAC regions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering effective solutions and managing client escalations efficiently.
A relevant certification in security is an asset.
