About the role
- Join a strategic banking project as an independent Senior .NET Developer
- Act as a strong technical support for the team, making informed decisions quickly
- Maintain high code quality and perform detailed code reviews
- Design and implement microservices within a large-scale system (hundreds of services)
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services using C# and .NET
- Implement and maintain CI/CD processes and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the enterprise and influence system architecture
- Participate in automated testing (unit and E2E) and ensure reliability
- Work in a hybrid model with occasional office presence in Warsaw
Requirements
- Works independently and takes ownership of decisions

- Treats code reviews with precision and responsibility
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise projects (several teams of 7–10 members each)
- Experience with microservices architectures with hundreds of services
- C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework (.Net 8, 9 and 10 to be implemented)
- Angular, JavaScript
- SOLID principles, design patterns, IoC, DI
- Senior-level unit testing
- Automated E2E testing (Cucumber)
- REST API – senior level
- Microservices architecture design & implementation – senior level
- Docker & Kubernetes
- MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- CI/CD processes
- Tools: JIRA, TeamCity, Jenkins, Bitbucket & Git
- Operating Systems: Linux & Windows – regular level
- RabbitMQ, IBM WMQ, ElasticSearch, Splunk, Grafana – regular level
- Ansible – regular level (or willingness to learn)
- Open to hybrid working model (2 days a month in Warsaw)
- Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- Nice to have: GitHub Actions experience
