Drive the development and execution of the overall TESI sales strategy
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and accelerate revenue growth through both internal and external innovative sales approaches and partnerships
Embed TESI into internal sales programs and ensure alignment with TELUS Premium sales opportunity (PSO) Methodology
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Lead the creation of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for strategic initiatives
Develop, manage and support select marketing communications campaigns related to our environmental presence and sustainability solutions
Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and business development roles
A Master’s degree in Business or a related field
Previous TELUS experience in sales and marketing
Demonstrated success in strategy development, execution, and communication within a large enterprise setting
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
