Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to clients on modernizing their digital workplace environments
- Develop future-state visions, roadmaps and transformation strategies for the modern workplace
- Lead and manage complex digital workplace projects, including budget and resource responsibility
- Own the integration and optimization of technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Endpoint Management, Security & Compliance, and Digital Experience Management
- Design and deliver workshops for management and end-user audiences
- Work closely with clients on change and adoption management to ensure sustainable roll-out of new solutions
- Actively support business development through proposal preparation, pre-sales workshops and thought leadership
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or digital workplace services
- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Intune, Teams, Security & Compliance, Endpoint Management)
- Experience leading complex projects, ideally with project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum)
- Strong communication and presentation skills at management level
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to proactively identify and pursue business opportunities
- Fluent in German and English
