About the role
- Senior Consultant working on the structuring of IT landscapes and processes in a consulting firm. Engaging in real transformation projects in industry with a focus on system integration.
Responsibilities
- You will work on projects that make knowledge across systems, data and processes usable
- Structuring and harmonizing knowledge and information structures across systems
- Ensuring that product, process and operational knowledge is usable across systems
- Analysis and structuring of complex IT system landscapes (PLM, ERP/SAP, CCMS, PIM, CRM, DMS)
- Designing target architectures and future scenarios for applications
- Recording and modeling data flows and information objects
- Conducting and leading process analyses
- Identifying and assessing interfaces and system dependencies
- Preparing management presentations and decision-making materials
- Supporting and managing transformation and migration projects, including project responsibility
- Assisting in the selection and evaluation of IT solutions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, IT or industry
- Educational background in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Engineering (PhD advantageous)
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: IT system landscapes / system integration, process analysis / organizational structure, PLM, SAP or technical documentation
- Experience with knowledge-intensive processes (e.g., documentation, service, product data)
- Project experience with initial responsibility in project management or subproject leadership
- Ability to structure complex topics and communicate them at management level
