About the role
- Manager of Technology Strategy leading a team to enhance technology in healthcare at Cambia. Responsible for guiding product development, vendor management, and team mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provides technical assessment of business partner requests.
- Evaluates the costs and feasibility of the requests, providing recommendations.

- Responsible for all aspects of human capital management, including recruiting, performance management, goal setting, succession planning and development of staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
- At least seven years’ experience in software development
- Progressively grown career with proven design and development experiences in multiple programming languages
- Experience mentoring technical teams and staff.
- Strong healthcare domain and expertise
- Experience with AI tools.
