Responsibilities
Ensures the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Provides technical assessment of business partner requests.

Responsible for all aspects of human capital management, including recruiting, performance management, goal setting, succession planning and development of staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
At least seven years’ experience in software development
Progressively grown career with proven design and development experiences in multiple programming languages
Experience mentoring technical teams and staff.
Strong healthcare domain and expertise
Experience with AI tools.
