Responsibilities
Lead and drive critical initiatives in our Retail Front Store portfolio at CVS Health
Deliver high quality software to enhance customer experiences
Drive vision, innovation, and strategic plans that help advance CVS Health’s enterprise solutions
Collaborate with a dynamic team of architects and developers in an Agile, accelerated development environment
Manage, build, and operationalize a portfolio of products and capabilities.
Requirements
7+ years of functional leadership experience in an information systems environment
At least 3+ years in direct management and supervision of IT/Technical work groups including budgeting, strategic planning, technical direction, and staff coaching/mentoring
7+ years of relevant and current experience including APIs, Micro services, customization, integration, UI development and analytics
5+ years of experience with agile development
5+ years experience managing large or multiple teams comprising of FTEs and contractors
3+ years managing teams responsible for deploying cloud applications (GCP Preferred)
Strong application development background as developer, architect, or manager
Working understanding of enterprise security
Retail Front Store experience
Experience with optimization skills to improve performance, scalability, and usability of applications
Experience and success in leading agile teams (small, medium, and large initiatives) effectively, consistently delivering highest quality software to enhance/impact customer experience.
Working experience of CI/CD pipeline.
