Requirements
- 7+ years of functional leadership experience in an information systems environment
- At least 3+ years in direct management and supervision of IT/Technical work groups including budgeting, strategic planning, technical direction, and staff coaching/mentoring
- 7+ years of relevant and current experience including APIs, Micro services, customization, integration, UI development and analytics
- 5+ years of experience with agile development
- 5+ years experience managing large or multiple teams comprising of FTEs and contractors
- 3+ years managing teams responsible for deploying cloud applications (GCP Preferred)
- Strong application development background as developer, architect, or manager
- Working understanding of enterprise security
- Retail Front Store experience
- Experience with optimization skills to improve performance, scalability, and usability of applications
- Experience and success in leading agile teams (small, medium, and large initiatives) effectively, consistently delivering highest quality software to enhance/impact customer experience.
- Working experience of CI/CD pipeline.
