About the role

• Lead Quality Engineering function at RxBenefits, driving the future of quality and automation in pharmacy benefits technology. Partnering with teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Quality Engineering (QE) function across the organization.
• Shape the future of quality across our technology ecosystem.
• Drive strategy, automation, and operational excellence.
• Ensure resilient, scalable, and high-performing products.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, DevOps, and SRE teams.
• Embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Accelerate speed-to-market and deliver consistent outcomes.
• Define, evolve, and execute the enterprise QE vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Drive automation maturity and test architecture.
• Establish and govern software quality metrics, KPIs, and standards.
• Lead the development, adoption, and standardization of scalable automation frameworks across teams.
• Build, mentor, and retain quality engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in QA or Software Engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience driving quality automation and strategy across complex, distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing approaches.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Cypress (preferred), Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with data validation, performance testing, and backend system testing.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work with global QA teams across manual and automation disciplines.
