About the role
- Lead the creation of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) based on comprehensive business inputs.
- Partner with UI/UX designers to define intuitive and impactful digital experience products.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to design scalable and compliant architecture solutions.
- Work with internal security teams to ensure that all digital experience solutions meet established security and compliance standards.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with PRD and TRD specifications.
- Engage closely with R&D, QA, Legal, Marketing, Brand, and other teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Assess and validate technical feasibility early in the planning process.
- Ensure timely delivery and launch of digital experiences products across all relevant brands and platforms.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for digital experiences products on the platform.
Requirements
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders, brand managers, and various functional experts across our organization to deliver innovative B2C digital products for all Mars segments.
- Oversee the comprehensive product development of digital experience products on our platform, ensuring scalability, adoption, value creation, and alignment with business objectives.
