Responsibilities

  • Provide senior and strategic organizational change management (OCM) and organizational development (OD) expertise
  • Collaborate closely with Change Management and Transformation Leaders
  • Lead and develop a team of change practitioners
  • Influence senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Drive enhanced change analytics and adoption tracking

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of total experience
  • 2-4 years specifically in change management or related roles within large, complex organizations
  • Deep knowledge of OCM/OD principles
  • Professional certification in change management (e.g., APMG, Prosci) is highly recommended
  • Familiarity with project/program management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills
