- You take a lead role in planning and developing our Kubernetes environments and the overall platform.
- You use your expertise to drive the automation and professionalization of our small "private clouds".

Requirements
- You have a university degree in a technical field.
- You have proven experience operating Kubernetes clusters.
- You are skilled in building Kubernetes infrastructure and running applications on clusters.
- You are comfortable working in environments with strict requirements for data protection, security, and compliance.
- You have experience with technologies and concepts such as CI/CD and GitOps (e.g., Argo CD, Tekton).
- Experience managing stateful "pets" with high-availability requirements (e.g., PostgreSQL databases).
- Experience with persistent storage for pods (e.g., Longhorn, NFS).
- Experience with monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog).
- You can develop innovative ideas and communicate them clearly to your team and other stakeholders.
- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
