About the role
- Information security expert managing the Group's certified ISMS and advising on cybersecurity issues. Collaborating within a team and working independently in a creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Be part of our strong, interdisciplinary information security team
- Report directly to the CISO
- Operate the Group's certified ISMS and continuously develop it further
- Cooperate closely with our business departments and advise them on various cyber and information security issues
- Work on relevant policies, standards and procedures
- Manage medium to large projects on information security
- Work closely with other security experts in the Group
- Manage compliance requirements; carry out risk assessments
- Support appropriateness and effectiveness reviews
- Occasionally travel at home and abroad
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of practical experience in cyber and information security
- Very good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, NIS 2) based on a university degree
- Comprehensive technical and procedural understanding of the development and operation of information systems
- Ability to communicate security topics clearly and comprehensibly at all levels of the organisation
- Good analytical and conceptual skills, enjoy solving challenging tasks
- Communicate fluently in English, German is a plus
