About the role

• Senior Fullstack Developer at creatision, a digital agency for modern enterprise solutions. Focus on CoreMedia and Magnolia projects, developing dynamic web applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technical solutions and strategies.
• Guide developers and take on project coordination for smaller development projects.
• Design architectures and plan implementation approaches.
• Develop modern, dynamic web applications, e.g., based on CoreMedia CMS or Magnolia CMS, or web applications using AI technologies.
• Implement backend logic with Java and Spring.
• Implement frontend with React and Next.js.
• Integrate backend services using REST / GraphQL.
• Conduct code reviews and quality checks.
• Apply agile processes and methodologies.
• Mentor colleagues and transfer knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven ability to advise clients professionally and fairly to deliver successful projects together.
• Clear, open and respectful communication.
• Fundamental interest in leading and coordinating people.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating development projects in roles such as Tech Lead or Architect.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java and Spring.
• Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, including TypeScript and React.
• Expertise in a Java-based content management system, ideally CoreMedia or Magnolia; alternatively, strong experience in Java web application development.
• Use of artificial intelligence for consulting and development as part of customer solutions.
• Solid experience applying best practices for code quality, testing and performance optimization in an agile context.
• Deep knowledge of software architectures.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services, CI/CD).
