About the role

Senior Full-Stack Developer responsible for designing and implementing modern software solutions. Collaborating with product teams to create scalable and maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Fullstack Developer at Convidera, you are responsible for the end-to-end design, development and delivery of modern software solutions – from architecture and deployment to operations.
You will work closely with the product team to design and continuously improve high-performance, scalable and maintainable systems.
You take E2E responsibility for software solutions, from conception and architecture through development and testing to deployment and go-live.
You design and develop modern software architectures with a focus on scalability, maintainability and performance.
You build robust backends based on Laravel (PHP) and ensure a clean, efficient codebase.
You create modern, reactive frontends with Vue 3 and Tailwind CSS that combine UX and technical excellence.
You set up CI/CD pipelines (e.g. with GitHub Actions), containerize applications with Docker and are responsible for efficient database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
You ensure that code quality, architectural principles and best practices are implemented across the project.
Topics such as data processing, automation and AI integration (e.g. Python-based services) are exciting areas for you to explore or to contribute existing knowledge to.
You work in cross-functional teams on MVPs and iterative product development.

You have a technical background and at least 5 years of practical experience as a developer, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment.
You have very strong knowledge of Laravel, confident experience with Vue 3 and Tailwind CSS, solid expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL, and experience with Docker.
Basic knowledge of PrimeVue and Figma is a plus.
You have experience building CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub Actions – knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) as well as experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or DigitalOcean is a plus.
You bring a solid understanding of software architecture principles and their practical application.
You are passionate about data, AI and new technologies – you enjoy experimenting, trying things out and bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Personally, you are solution-oriented and structured in your thinking, show initiative, a sense of responsibility and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
You are a team player, communicate proactively (in German and English) and enjoy collaborating on interdisciplinary projects.
