Responsibilities

• As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will actively shape the future of German public administration.
• You will independently develop innovative products from the initial idea to the final release.
• You will work with state-of-the-art AI technologies and have the opportunity to fundamentally rethink administrative processes.
• End-to-end development
• Design and develop innovative products from requirements analysis to release
• Close collaboration with municipalities to continuously improve the product
• Independently define system architecture and technical vision
• Develop scalable solutions for complex administrative processes
• Backend development
• Build efficient ETL pipelines for seamless integration of various administrative systems
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Build APIs with robust authentication and validation
• Develop scalable cloud infrastructures with a focus on security
• Design database schemas for efficient information processing
• Integrate and explore knowledge graphs
• Frontend development
• Create intuitive and cleanly designed user interfaces
• Implement attractive and responsive UIs
• Develop user-friendly features with a focus on optimal user experience
• Optimization & evaluation
• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback
• Performance monitoring and improvement of system architecture

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in full stack development of complex systems
• Proven track record in independent product development
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture and best practices
• Experience with AI-native apps and distributed applications

• Self-motivation and the ability to implement technical visions
