About the role
- Senior Frontend Engineer developing client-side applications with React and Joy UI for Decentriq's data clean room technology. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Craft full-featured client-side applications using React and Joy UI
- Design scalable solutions that keep the client application efficient, responsive, and maintainable
- Implement and optimize advanced client-side data processing directly in the browser
- Leverage WebAssembly to accelerate computationally intensive tasks
- Design and build rich, interactive visualizations that transform raw data into intuitive insights
- Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Master/Bachelor Degree or PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of professional experience
- Good communications skills with fluency in English
- Extensive experience in Typescript, React, CSS3, and HTML5
- Proven record of building data-heavy UIs that stay responsive through smart state management and memoisation
- Experience with web applications involving heavy data processing (e.g. wasm) and visualization (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts)
- Technical leadership experience
- Willingness to pick up Rust programming for simple backend changes.
