About the role
- Develop executive PowerPoint presentations with financial, operational and market data, following the area’s visual and content guidelines
- Consolidate and analyze complex data in Excel using advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros and financial modeling
- Support the structuring of indicators, KRs and management targets in partnership with the BI team, ensuring data reliability and accuracy
- Conduct financial market and competitor studies in the insurance sector
- Consolidate and process financial results databases, monthly indicators, performance reports and remittance/distribution maps
- Perform performance analyses, executive target assessments, results summaries and company KPI analysis
- Monitor the plans, targets and results of the Insurance team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Insurance, Finance or Strategic Planning (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools
- Proven experience in executive meetings, governance and data analysis (experience in Insurance and Banking is preferred)
- Clear, concise communication with the ability to deliver high-level presentations
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Proactivity, sense of urgency and strong analytical capacity
