About the role

  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget (forecast and budget) for variable costs;
  • Define governance for accounting and financial provisioning of OPME costs (OPME: orthoses, prostheses and special materials);
  • Monitor and analyze the composition and evolution of hospital variable costs;
  • Control and validate data, revenue and costs related to supplies, medications, OPME and variable medical fees;
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards to support performance analysis and decision-making;
  • Support continuous improvement projects aimed at cost optimization and operational efficiency;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance or Controllership preferred;
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel;
  • Experience with hospital ERPs (MV, Tasy and SAP);
  • Essential: proven experience in managing hospital variable costs.
