- Source, screen, and recruit top talent across various semiconductor and technical engineering disciplines.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board platforms, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create effective job postings, identify qualified candidates and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings and conducting outreach to facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Propose and actively participate in initiatives, projects, and proposals to enhance the quality of our recruiting process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry hiring roles such as mechanical, electrical, metrology, laser, process, and R&D engineers or similar.
- Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, metrology, R&D, and others) and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates in various technical fields.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems such as Lever, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
