If you have 5+ years of full-time C# .NET experience, are an expert in using the ASP.NET Core framework for building robust and scalable cloud-based applications, mentoring others, and leading innovation in engineering processes, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- ***Responsibilities Include:***
- · Design and develop modern .NET applications, leveraging the latest frameworks and technologies.
- · Lead initiatives to upgrade existing systems to modern frameworks while reducing technical debt.
- · Build performant, scalable, maintainable back-end solutions that follow engineering best practices.
- · Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-department engineering teams to solve complex problems.
- · Mentor and coach team members to grow the technical strength of the team.
- · Contribute to and influence the company’s technical roadmap, introducing best practices and driving innovation.
- · Provide technical leadership while helping shape product processes and improving engineering culture.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- · 5+ years C# .NET development experience, including ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and related frameworks and libraries.
- · Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- · Experience upgrading legacy systems to modern .NET frameworks.
- · Proficiency with SQL including advanced queries and stored procedures.
- · Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- · Proven ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal) across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- · Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
- · Leadership and management skills are a strong plus.
- · Experience running and maintaining applications in major cloud platforms, Azure is a plus.
- · Bonus points for:
