About the role

  • Senior Employee Development Specialist responsible for leadership development programs in Engineering at Boeing. Collaborating with stakeholders to align L&D strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and manage complex programs from initiation through completion
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning objectives
  • Follows learning strategies, architectures and project scope
  • Deploys development tools and monitors implementation
  • Administers curriculum development and reviews course content and instructional materials
  • Researches and identifies new technologies and methodologies
  • Maintains performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
