About the role

Responsibilities
- Further development of our cloud and container infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes/EKS)
- Responsibility for CI/CD strategies and the introduction of modern GitOps approaches
- Expansion of monitoring and observability solutions to ensure stability and performance
- Coaching colleagues and contributing best practices
- Close collaboration within the DevOps chapter to develop and roll out company-wide standards
Requirements
- Several years of experience operating complex cloud environments (AWS) and Kubernetes/EKS
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation
- Experience with monitoring, logging and tracing systems (Dynatrace, Prometheus, ELK)
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing — including cross-chapter
- Fluent German and good English, spoken and written
- Programming experience in Python and/or Go (nice to have)
