About the role
- DevOps Engineer developing GCP infrastructure and CI/CD for AI-powered MRO software in aviation. Collaborating across teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain GCP infrastructure (GKE, CloudSQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Monitoring, API Gateway, IAP).
- Codify everything (Terraform, Helm, GitOps).
- Wire up service mesh (Linkerd) for mTLS, canary, and traffic shaping.
- Manage Bitbucket Pipelines, automated tests, artifact versioning, and release promotion.
- Implement logging/metrics/alerting with Cloud Ops + Grafana and Prometheus.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Kubernetes (GKE) experience in production.
- Solid Terraform skills for GCP (CloudSQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Monitoring).
- CI/CD expertise with Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
- Observability stack experience (Prometheus/Grafana or Cloud Monitoring).
- Strong scripting ability (Python or Bash).
