About the role

• SRE / DevOps Senior managing Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructures, ensuring application resilience and observability. Supporting squads through technical solutions and automation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructures across Azure, AWS and OCI environments, ensuring high availability, security and compliance.
• Support squads from environment setup to production delivery, resolving technical impediments.
• Design and deploy automations for installation and configuration of applications, middleware and infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code).
• Continuously monitor applications and infrastructure components using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk and Grafana, creating alerts, dashboards and proactive metrics.
• Perform network and systems troubleshooting, diagnosing failures in DNS, NAT, firewalls, Kubernetes clusters and middleware (JBoss, Tomcat, IIS).
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices, ensuring traceability and stability of deliveries.
• Work on preventing critical incidents, reviewing metrics and automating responses and remediations.
• Document procedures and share technical knowledge across operations and development teams.
• Contribute to operational resilience, observability, backup and business continuity (DR) practices.
• Participate in technical and planning meetings with squads and support teams.

Requirements

• Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, OCI) — IaaS and PaaS.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, ARM, Ansible or similar.
• Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Scripting (PowerShell, Shell Script, Python).
• Middleware: JBoss, WildFly, Tomcat, IIS.
• Observability tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL.
• CI/CD and integration with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, resilience, high availability, FinOps and business continuity (DR).
• Governance and management tools: Jira, Confluence, Helix.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
