About the role
- Participate in the development and maintenance of APIs and services in C# and Python
- Support the team in developing new features and fixing bugs
- Lead refactoring efforts
- Architect scalable, secure, high-performance solutions, contributing to development decisions and standards
- Perform deployments to staging and production environments using CI/CD pipelines and best practices for versioning
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of C#/.NET (or another backend stack)
- Strong experience in backend development
- Experience with SQL Server
- Experience using Git for version control
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Knowledge of software architectures (Microservices, Clean Architecture)
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience with NoSQL (non-relational) databases
- Familiarity with software design patterns
- Experience in FinTechs or financial technology companies
