Responsibilities
- Leverage your technical expertise to develop functionalities for a request & task management tool.
- Drive continuous improvement practices within the Tech Innovation domain applied to Marketing Processes.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution and portfolio architects, technical experts and Security & Compliance teams.
- Implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity in our processes and frameworks.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on innovation for Marketing processes.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for new tools and processes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for Marketing process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field is an advantage.
- 5+ years of significant administrative responsibility provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud hosted services/on-premise platforms in workflow technologies.
- Comprehensive experience with databases (in the cloud and on-premises) and practical programming skills.
- Experience with JS frameworks.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience.
- Knowledge of SSO, RBAC, MFA in Azure AD, and modern authentication.
- Experience in master data modelling and classification of data.
- Awareness of cybersecurity threats and best practices.
- Proficiency in defining and delivering MVPs quickly with high adoption rates.
- Experience in application development that demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle.
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
- Experience communicating with all levels, management, engineering, and end users.
- Experience having worked in a global environment, collaboratively with cross-functional & virtual teams.
- Jira experience and Forge APP.
