- Senior Designer leading creative projects from concept to delivery at a brand consultancy. Collaborating closely with teams to elevate ideas and present impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design excellence and strategic alignment
- Present confidently to clients, articulating ideas and rationale clearly and persuasively
- Plan and structure projects in collaboration with client services and strategy teams
- Direct and brief animators, video, and digital teams to bring concepts to life across media
- Act as a brand advocate, ensuring best practice and consistency across guidelines and applications
- Mentor and support junior team members, nurturing creativity and attention to detail
- Contribute to workshops and brand development sessions, shaping ideas that connect emotionally and intellectually
- Push the craft and storytelling of Mammoth’s creative output, from concept to motion, print to digital
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional design experience within a creative or brand agency
- Strong conceptual thinker with a refined sense of typography, layout and brand systems
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both internally and with clients
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and comfortable working with Figma(non-essential)
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams with composure and focus
- Intuitive and informed mindset, able to balance instinct with strategy in creative decision-making
- Bonus Points: Experience in motion design, animation direction or video editing, Knowledge of digital design systems and interactive storytelling, Interest in brand strategy and how creative ideas translate across channels
