Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept through to delivery, working autonomously and using initiative to ensure all work aligns with strategic direction and client objectives.
Deliver design outcomes that are relevant, innovative, and crafted to the highest standard across digital and print media.
Oversee the specification and production of materials, liaising with suppliers and ensuring design integrity is maintained throughout.
Develop and create brand identity concepts, campaigns, and communication materials across multiple channels.
Explore motion, digital, and 3D design opportunities to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
Contribute ideas that challenge conventions and push creative boundaries while staying true to brand purpose.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted creative partner.
Present design concepts and rationale confidently in client meetings, pitches, and reviews.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet strategic and sustainability objectives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, supporting their creative and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive studio culture where creativity and sustainability thrive.
Stay up to date with design, cultural, and sustainability trends, integrating fresh thinking into your work.
Experiment with new tools, technologies, and approaches to continuously elevate design outcomes.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a design role working with global brands, ideally within an agency environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Experience in Art Direction, Motion Design, and 3D is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. Experience in budget setting and management.
A passion for design and craft with strong knowledge of typography, layout, and brand expression.
Clear, concise, and confident communication with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Capable of presenting ideas effectively and leading discussions when required.
