Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases powering deep learning and AD/ADAS verification workflows
- Collaborate closely with the platform team to operate Kafka instances and other open source frameworks like Airflow, OpenLineage, and OpenTelemetry
- Enable reuse and alignment within the data pipeline to support high-volume sensor, simulation, and telemetry data
- Drive best practices around database reliability, observability, and data protection
- Act as a hands-on, collaborative team member, contributing to both technical decisions and team culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in database administration and platform development
- Strong PostgreSQL expertise with hands-on experience maintaining large-scale databases
- Experience with open source frameworks like Kafka, Airflow, OpenLineage, and OpenTelemetry
- A proven track record of collaborating effectively across teams, with excellent communication and social skills
