About the role
- Senior Data & Analytics Architect analyzing client requirements and designing scalable data architectures using SAP Azure Databricks. Collaborating with teams and clients to deliver valuable data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Together with your team, you analyze the business and technical requirements of our clients
- You translate these into a holistic Data & Analytics architecture
- Your focus is on designing modern, scalable data platforms with SAP (BW/4HANA, Datasphere), Microsoft Azure and Databricks
- You develop and orchestrate data products
- You define the necessary governance, processes and architectural guidelines
- As a Senior Architect you take technical responsibility for projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams
- You act as a sparring partner and advisor for clients, consult on the selection of appropriate technologies and support integration into existing IT landscapes
- You actively share your knowledge through training sessions and presentations
Requirements
- (Several years of) experience in architecting and implementing Data & Analytics solutions, ideally with SAP BW, Datasphere, Microsoft Azure and Databricks
- Experience in developing and delivering data products as well as implementing a data-driven approach within organizations
- Solid knowledge of modern data warehouse and data lake architectures and of relevant modeling and ETL methods
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work independently
- Fluent German and good English skills
