About the role

  • Collaborate with teams to understand and refine their analytical needs: identify KPIs and provide analyses that support decision-making
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training and user support
  • Manage projects across multiple functional areas
  • Proactively analyze data to anticipate team needs
  • Oversee development, maintenance and continuous improvement of technical assets
  • Create and enhance rich, interactive visualizations
  • Design segmentations and scoring models to improve actionability
  • Respond to urgent user support requests and data export needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Engineering degree or scientific graduate degree (Master's, PhD) in a quantitative field
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and monetization, visualization and reporting
  • Ability to lead and unite stakeholders around cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills: data mining, evaluation, analysis, visualization
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel or Google Sheets; solid foundations in Python a plus; experience with dbt a plus
  • Effective communication of issues and results in a concise and visual manner
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools quickly
  • Minimum level C1 in English and C2 in French
