About the role

  • Lead analytics for collections performance, portfolio segmentation, and recovery optimization
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports for collections and risk teams
  • Analyze delinquency, roll rates, repayment patterns, and behavior trends to identify actionable insights
  • Partner with operations, risk, collection process analysts, and data engineering teams to improve data accuracy and analytical capabilities
  • Evaluate treatment strategies, collection campaigns, and A/B tests to measure performance and recommend improvements
  • Support advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives in collaboration with the Data Science team
  • Ensure consistent data quality, governance, and documentation across data processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within financial services, fintech, or debt collections
  • Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Solid understanding of collections KPIs and lifecycle metrics
  • Experience handling large datasets and working in cloud-based data environments
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business actions
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation
