About the role

  • Junior Analyst supporting Allegro e-Xperience Program by providing data-driven insights and collaborating with Product Managers. Involves SQL, Python, and dashboard development for e-commerce improvements.

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and development teams to improve the Allegro platform
  • You will support Product and Business teams by providing clear, data-driven insights that help make our customers' shopping experience unique.
  • You will verify hypotheses regarding the impact of newly implemented changes on key platform metrics, such as revenue.
  • You will develop interactive dashboards (using tools like Tableau or Looker Studio) to track the ongoing performance of our products and processes.
  • On a daily basis, you will analyze large data sets using SQL and Python to find meaningful patterns in user behavior.

Requirements

  • Are familiar with the fundamentals of SQL and Python, and understand how to select and interpret data visualization techniques (knowing specific tools like Tableau or Data Studio is just a bonus).
  • Would like to learn from experts and gain your first hands-on commercial experience in a supportive environment where your daily work has a real impact on the Allegro platform.
  • Are eager to continuously develop your skills and expand knowledge including learning how to effectively communicate your data insights to Product Managers, UX Designers, and developers.
  • Like analyses and can look at problems logically, wanting to learn how to navigate large data sets to help us draw actionable business conclusions.
  • Are willing to act according to the best practice recommended in the team, learning step-by-step how to write clean, reusable code that makes everyone's work easier.
  • Know English at B2+ level.
