About the role

  • Data Analyst at Âncora focusing on user behavior and campaign data analysis for strategic insights. Collaborating with teams to support marketing and sales decisions through data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign data and user behavior across multiple channels (digital marketing, CRM, sales).
  • Build automated dashboards and management reports (Power BI, Google Data Studio, SQL, Python).
  • Define and monitor funnel metrics: CAC, LTV, Churn, Retention, Cohorts, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests and attribution modeling to identify key growth drivers.
  • Support strategic acquisition, retention, and monetization decisions through predictive analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with media, BI, and product teams to design experiments and validate growth hypotheses.

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Google Data Studio (or Looker Studio).
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib).
  • Experience with sales funnels, attribution models, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, churn).
  • Ability to interpret performance data and propose evidence-based action plans.
