- Prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
- Develop, own, and manage recurring analytic or reporting processes.

- Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical project approach, and lead projects through completion.
- Proactively identify opportunities within the business to contribute to its growth and success.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts to elevate technical and storytelling capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in analytics tools and methods.
- Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics, share best practices, and document them.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the team and the analytic organization.
- Partner with teams in Digital, CXD, Engineering, and Finance to deliver integrated insights.
- Participate in cross-divisional data projects and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- 2-3 years work experience in the data analytics field
- Technology skills: SQL, Python, Tableau, & Data Modeling.
- Ability to analyze large and complex data sets through robust SQL skills.
- Experience with large data warehouses and a strong understanding of data modeling principals.
- Ability to cleanse data and create automated scripts using Python
- Stakeholder Management, Strategic Thinker and Planner, Manage Ambiguity
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
