About the role

  • Provide technical expertise as a key point of contact for EU accounts
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination with local sales and technical teams
  • Work closely with US and Asian teams on critical tasks
  • Manage customer Quality requirements, inquiries/questions
  • Develop 8D reports for effective case closure
  • Co-manage Quality issue diagnoses and root-cause analysis
  • Support pre-sales activities with Quality presentations
  • Project-manage customer audits

Requirements

  • 7 - 15 years of experience in Semiconductor IC Engineering and Quality functions
  • Customer-facing skills and experiences in Europe
  • Experienced in supporting EU Automotive customers (VDA 6.3)
  • Experience in Customer Quality Engineering, Quality Management Systems, PCN Administration, Automotive Quality, Reliability Engineering, Failure Analysis, Product Engineering and Production Quality Control
  • Good understanding of Semiconductor manufacturing process
  • Good knowledge of IC silicon/package fail mechanisms/symptoms, Reliability and FA process and testing tools
  • Hands on skills in Quality tools and methodologies, statistics and structured problem solving techniques
  • Proactively drive issue resolution as a team player with excellent communication skills
  • German speaking is preferred
