About the role

  • Design and develop high-impact eLearning modules and courseware
  • Support the design and development of instructor-led training programs
  • Lead end-to-end project management of learning initiatives
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline instructional design workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, and others

Requirements

  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or eLearning production
  • Advanced proficiency in authoring tools including Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, WellSaid, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex learning projects, manage timelines, and deliver impactful solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and experience in localizing content for global audiences
